Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be cleared. Your chair is cut and upholstered here once you have chosen, which is why the range runs to twenty five fabrics rather than the three a shelf could hold.

The range is on the floor at 55 Prestwich Street, De Waterkant, with the full fabric library alongside it.

Before you order

Does the 15% apply to every fabric and size?

It does. All 25 fabrics and every size, including the custom widths, at the same 15%. The discount comes off automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter.

Can I return a made-to-order chair?

You can cancel within 48 hours of ordering, before production begins, and your deposit is refunded in full. After that the deposit is non-refundable, because the chair is already being built to your specification.

If anything arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we repair, replace, remake or refund at our cost. The same applies if it is not what was described. What we cannot take back is a change of mind on a piece made to your own choices. Full terms are in our refund policy.
